Tri-Coaching Weekend in the Brecon Beacons

Join us at Glanhenwye – a collection of three wonderfully presented stone cottages on the foothills of the Brecon Beacons National Park – for a triathlon training retreat.

PCW has teamed up with one of the UK’s leading triathlon coaches, John Wood @Tri_Coach, to deliver this triathlon training experience. John has put together a schedule that is designed to help you improve in every area associated with triathlon races – from swim technique to bike set-up, running strategy and nutrition.

Every athlete who joins us will get dedicated consultation with John, along with the group advice, and will leave the weekend with valuable advice on future training plans. The aim is to make sure your future training is enjoyable and has purpose, as well as offering advice for you to find incremental gains that will lead to better performances.

The cost of the package includes breakfast and dinner every day. Dinner will be prepared by a local chef, who’ll cook up healthy, nutritious meals that’ll give you all the energy you need to power through the sessions.

Day 1

14:00 – 16:00: arrive and settle in, familiarise yourself with the surroundings

16:40 – 17:10: session one – a light, easy running session
17:10 – 17:40: stretching and recovery
